Circa 1880's and all original; more of a scarce find nowadays as so many of these old chains have been cut up into shorter lengths, a nicely weighty 60 inch longuard chain. A super length to enable wear in a variety of different ways, it finishes with a handy 'dogclip' fastener which can be used to hold pendants or even an old fashioned watch (if you're a traditionalist). Marked '9CT' at various points, it weighs nicely and is in a snakey flattened belcher style link. 

The weight is 39 grams.
